Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance of your session start time. If you are running late, please text or call to let us know. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes after your session start time, we will consider it a no-show and you will be invoiced for 50% of the session cost. Apsara reserves the right to cancel appointments in the event of severe weather.
